A teacher who has produced two or more students who placed 5th or higher in both star and culture categories.
However, if the same person is in both categories, it will be counted as one person.
[Best Instructor Award]
In addition to the star encouragement award regardless of star or culture category,
A teacher who has taught seven or more award winners and who has taught the first or highest award winner in the S category, chamber music, or recital category.
